The Haven’s Prevention Education Program provides education regarding risk awareness and healthy relationships with the goal of preventing sexual assault and dating violence.

Tips to Stay Safe
• Teach your children to call 911 in case of an emergency.
• Tell family and/or friends about the abuse. The shame belongs to your abuser...not to you.
• Keep important documents (such as birth certificates, social security cards, green cards, financial records) along with extra sets of house and car keys hidden and available to you in case of an emergency exit.
